Luis Vilarino joins as CEO

Antalsis’s annual turnover reaches 4 million euro ?a three-digit number growth comparing to the previous year? and a staff o 18 workers.

This year Antalsis becomes the property of Luis Garcia Vilariño buys 70% stake and continues as CEO, together with Javier Vilariño García (30% remaining shares). The company triples its 2008 turnover (12.35 million euro) and reaches the number of 41 workers.

Antalsis increases its team of managers and keeps a constant growing direction: an income of 26 million euro, a staff of 61 workers and signed contracts of 39.5 million euro.

The firm opens its new headquarters in the city of A Coruña, inside a building of its own, and draws up a strategy for its expansion. Despite the difficulties of the construction sector, it keeps a growing direction after four consecutive years: an income of 39.32 million euro and signed contracts of 56.70 million euro.

Antalsis gets into the Spanish market by opening its own brach offices in Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Bilbao and signs its first contract to carry out a work abroad (Lisboa – Portugal). This strategy of expansion is reinforced with the establishment of a Board of Directors/Advisory as the company’s leading organ.
