The human team is one of the key assets in Antalsis. The exponential growth of the company’s activity for its five-year life has been parallel to an increase in the number of workers of our staff, being the average of 153 workers in 2010.
Our Human Resources Department has recruited a young and highly qualified team. The present staff is of an average age of 37 and 25% of the workers are university graduates, notably technical architects, civil engineers and economics and business graduates.
From Antalsis’s direction, we are aware of the strategic role played individually by each member of the staff in order to reach our common objectives, so we are in the pursuit of excellence concerning labour relations with the only aim of increase the commitment with the firm’s project, the day-by-day working motivation and the involvement in the company’s success.
